We have bred AKC Registered bassets for many years, we have shown a bit and have participated in field trial fox hunts on horseback with them as well (no foxes or guns, just taking the Basset back to what they were always bred to do, they mostly went after rabbits and such). As we get older we are finding it harder to participate in the activities that gave us so much pleasure over the years. We have different ages, bloodlines and colors.
